A morning session with your crew before routes go out, or an evening session when everyone is back. Hands on the actual product.
Training & Education
Crew sessions, branch training, equipment demonstrations, and recorded education — built around the products your technicians are actually going to pick up.
Most requests fall into one of these. If yours does not, describe it and Steve will tell you whether he can cover it.
A morning session with your crew before routes go out, or an evening session when everyone is back. Hands on the actual product.
Training for branch staff and inside sales, or a counter day where customers can ask about a line face to face.
Foggers, mist blowers, and sprayers set up and run, so the crew sees output, coverage, and maintenance before you buy.
Sessions delivered at state association meetings and regional industry conferences.
Remote and recorded education for crews spread across a wide territory or working different shifts.
Fifteen minutes on one product, one application method, or one thing that has been going wrong in the field.
Training is built around the represented lines, but the useful part is rarely the catalog. It is the application detail — where a bait gets placed, why a dust failed in a wall void, what the label actually restricts, how a machine is calibrated and cleaned.
Tell Steve what has been going wrong on your accounts and the session will be built around that.
Continuing-education credit is granted by each state’s regulatory agency or licensing body, not by Sullivan Sales & Marketing, and the requirements differ from state to state.
If your session needs to carry credit, say so early. Steve can work with the association, the distributor, or the state on what has to be submitted — but the approval belongs to the state, and it takes lead time.
The more specific the better. A session built around one recurring field problem is worth more than a general overview.
A sample on a real account before the training is usually worth more than the training alone.
